Paws-a-While supports animal welfare by encouraging adoptions of companion animals (cats and dogs), coordinating mass sterilisation drives and humane education campaigns in Cape Town’s impoverished communities.
We work in collaboration with the registered and reputable members of the Cape Animal Welfare Forum, alongside the City of Cape Town and trusted, pet care & pet loving brands to assist in decreasing the amount of unwanted and stray animals and improving the overall well-being of all pets in Cape Town.
Our Paws-a-While family all share the same visions: to significantly decrease pet homelessness and actively improve the quality of our furry friends lives.
🌱 Event Season Notice (Sept – April) 🌱
The Vegan Streetfood Truck is rolling into our busiest season! From September through April, our team will be in and out of Cape Town, spreading veganism, good vibes, and delicious eats across dance floors, festivals, and beyond.
While we’re out on the road, signal is often limited (those farm valleys don’t love cell towers), so our comms may be down. We’ll respond to questions and concerns as soon as we’re back in range or between events.
In the meantime, you can still get your fix:

- Order on UberEats 🚚
- Place online orders (note: Delays may occur during this period)
