Loyal Creekers, New Creekers and everyone in between. Up the Creek is making it’s return from 8-11 February 2024! It will be our first reunion back at the river since 2020.
Established in 1990, Up the Creek is the second longest-running outdoor music festival in South Africa. Set annually on the banks of the magical Breede River, about 23km outside Swellendam in the Western Cape.
Grab your festie besties and enjoy four days of great music, good food, chilled vibes, short queues, and a whole lot of gees.
As soon as we’re ready, we’ll start announcing artists for the 2024 festival, watch this space.

🌱 Event Season Notice (Sept – April) 🌱
The Vegan Streetfood Truck is rolling into our busiest season! From September through April, our team will be in and out of Cape Town, spreading veganism, good vibes, and delicious eats across dance floors, festivals, and beyond.
While we’re out on the road, signal is often limited (those farm valleys don’t love cell towers), so our comms may be down. We’ll respond to questions and concerns as soon as we’re back in range or between events.
In the meantime, you can still get your fix:
