📝 Vegan Streetfood Loyalty Club – Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to the Vegan Streetfood Loyalty Club (“the Club”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions are processed securely through our online store using the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin and Paystack as the payment processor.
The monthly subscription fee is R150, billed automatically via your selected payment method.
Subscriptions have a minimum 12-month commitment.
A 1-month cancellation period is required, effective after the 11th billing cycle. Cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email or WhatsApp) and will take effect at the end of the 12th month.

2. Membership Benefits

Your membership includes:
– One (1) free combo meal per month (valued at up to R150)
– 20% off all eligible purchases made Monday to Thursday, 8am–4pm
Combo meals include a main, a side, and a drink. Extras and upgrades may incur an additional charge.

3. Usage Limits & Exclusions

Benefits apply to walk-in and kiosk orders only at our 9 Lower Burg Street location.
Discounts and free meals are not valid for:
– Food truck purchases
– Orders placed via third-party delivery platforms (e.g., UberEats, Mr D)
The free combo meal must be redeemed within the same calendar month. Unused meals do not roll over.
Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other specials, promotions, or offers.

4. Account & Membership

Memberships are non-transferable and valid only for the registered subscriber.
Members may be required to present ID or a member code to claim benefits.
Vegan Streetfood reserves the right to cancel any membership found to be misused or abused.

5. Program Changes

Vegan Streetfood may update pricing, benefits, or terms of the Loyalty Club with 7 days’ notice, communicated via email and/or our website.

By subscribing to the Loyalty Club, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
