Ingredients: soya mince, onion, carrots, mushroom, tomatoes, herbs and spices, flour, soya milk, nutritional yeast (B12), lasagna sheets, Vegan Streetfood mozzarella.

Simply top with fresh basil, salt and pepper and devour! (Hint: top with Mrs Ball’s chutney! NOM)

Keep frozen until use, defrost in the refrigerator overnight. Pop into the oven and bake at 180°C for 30-35min until top is golden brown and crispy.
